Burgers come looking like the patties had been catapulted into the buns, service was quick, older lady working the floor was fab, her customer service was amazing ? she went the extra mile at a few tables and even sang happy birthday to a table of little girls.
Gave them another chance but nothing has improved! The service is terrible, waited 20 minutes for our food and it was cold! Our drinks had obviously been made before the food was ready so had to change those as well! No apology from the staff, they have very little customer service skills, if any at all!! Very disappointing as this used to be a nice place to go.

Very very busy but still managed super fast service unlike some.I usually go to the one on the Bede trading estate but the service and quality of the food has gone down hill.I don't very often visit the boldon McDonald's but I think I will do more so from now on.I purchased the same meal as I did from the Bede McDonald's and the difference in the quality was unreal. One hell of a difference. Well done.
