Got a children’s meal and the amount of salt put on the chips was unbelievable ,wiped each chip down with a paper napkin as the staff have unapproachable attitudes wouldn’t have said they were edible for an adult never mind child.

Came with my family after the cinema spent £50 and it was the absolute worst. The buns on burgers were stale and falling apart, chips were more like scraps and the pop was watered-down coca cola was like tesco own brand and the Fanta taste like it had vodka in it, such a waste of money

Came in to order nuggets, chips, drink and.a small ? easy right?Charged over £16 in total because orders were mixed up for some reason.Refunded but still not in bank!Maybe if you spend more time concentrating on orders than yapping this would not happen

Absolutely horrible experience. Food was a joke, had to throw out after one bite. Staff is incompetent and talking back to customers in a rude way, no respect at all. Stay away from this place!

Entered using the app Loading time ridiculously high Too many background processes slowing it down As a result it’s not user friendly. Went straight to the desk and had to order The intention is automation but it looks like the business is counting pennies of cheap tech. This could be so much better. Clear the cache on the machines to start with and actually cover some research on user experience.

One of the worst experiences Ive had in a burger king very rude attitude from server Alice all three burgers were cold ordered 1 large meal and 2 medium large was fine but I was given 2 small fries instead of medium fries we didn't go back to counter due to the rudeness we had received on ordering my children sat in an area that had wet floor signs down but no signage to say area was closed and we were abruptly told no we can't sit there as it's closed which obviously is fine but the staff need training in customer service and how customers should and should not be spoken to .

Went food for my little ones and a black coffee for me. It seemed a big ask for then to put some cold water in my black coffee to cool it down so asked for Ice instead they said to get it from machine so asked for a small cup to put the ice as putting the ice straight into the coffee would splash and burn me... Still a fuss. Eventually used my coffee lid to put the ice on. What a drama! I get cross contamination ect but would have took two seconds to put a splash of cold water in. Ex burger king emplee here too and I wouldn't have hesitated to help people.
