Came in to order nuggets, chips, drink and.a small ? easy right?Charged over £16 in total because orders were mixed up for some reason.Refunded but still not in bank!Maybe if you spend more time concentrating on orders than yapping this would not happen

Could be a little faster in service on the tills but product is fine, prices are a bit higher than rivalsVenue is ground floor only, fairly large, automated order machines and is cleanApp is very poor, rarely works correctly and good luck trying to log into the app on the stores wifi

Absolutely pathetic, run by monkeys, clueless untrained staff, ordered a whopper meal, order from machine, from ordering my meal, I waited nearly 20 mins, eventually, I sit down, my chips were in a box and not in a bag, because of this they guessed potion, my potion was for a 5 year old, fair play i went back up and complained about my portion and they topped up my box with more chips, my burger was OK, but as shown in pictures, the tomatoes were cut by a member of staff who obviously...read full review
