I also find the service at Nero is more genuine and friendly rather than the often scripted interactions elsewhere with the only objective being to up sell food. To me Nero is a haven when I'm on a day out at the MetroCentre.”

“The only place (that I know of) that asks if the person have any allergy prior to collecting the TooGoodToGo bag. Very good customer service! I have been to other costa outlet and they don’t ask for allergy.Their salted caramel frappe (with coffee) is the best drink for the summer month! Highly recommended for people to visit.”
