“The team in this store is amazing. Especially the 2 who were in on Friday 4 October 24 around 4pm.
I come in with my dog and we always get a warm reception. Good friendly banter and Luna loves the cuddles and attention she gets. Oh and the coffee is great.

The reason we keep coming back is because of how welcome we are made to feel as soon as we walk in the door.

“My sisters and I visited my mum in the QE for 3 weeks and we visited Costa regularly. At a very stressful time, Costa made a welcome break. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. They are so professional and go the extra mile to be helpful. We can’t thank them enough.”

“The girl who was serving at the till at 10:25 Sunday 23rd june 24 is an asset to Cafe Nero and deserves full recognition. She was speaking words to a lady in front of me in Polish. Recognising in a small way the different culture although she didn't know many words she made the effort and put a huge smile on the lady's face. She continued to chat to myself without compromising to the service. She has a delightful way of serving customers. The coffee itself and pistachio mouse cake was a dream. And due to the 2 girls behind the counter it was a pleasure to sit in feeling welcomed and a valued customer. Highly recommend and will visit in tge future”
