Reviews for Caffe Nero
The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the last couple of visits here, the cups and plates look grubby and stained. The seating areas outside the unit within the mall are also not cleaned and wiped down thoroughly. The seats that we had, in-between the cushions, were full of food waste/crumbs that appeared to have accumulated over a period of time. This has put us off from using this coffee shop in the future.
Nice until my non-dairy coffee got contaminated with dairy milk after informing the barista I want a non-dairy oat milk, please be aware this is a serious condition not to be played with......NERO..safety don't use the same blender for both dairy and non-dairy customers

Consistently the best coffee of any of the high street chains. The cortado is always to notch. I also find the service at Nero is more genuine and friendly rather than the often scripted interactions elsewhere with the only objective being to up sell food. To me Nero is a haven when I'm on a day out at the MetroCentre.
