Visited at 2pm Sunday lunchtime.not at all busy in the restaurant. Four of us including 2 children. Rarely go to Metro Centre so after some shopping were looking forward 2 a nice bite of food. Given a seat right out of the way almost in the next door restaurant, air con was really cold. Waited ages to have drinks order taken so by that point we had chosen food. Walked in a beautiful colourful restaurant this evening after a long day shopping with my sister , certainly don’t regret it . The Restaurant Manager Kieran gave us a very nice table and looked after us all the way through out our meal . Both me and my sister ordered Ribeye Steak which was delivered by Sammy , Steaks were cooked to perfection . An outstanding pepper sauces and a side of Roast Veg and beautiful garlic potato wedge !! A sharing plate came and some pieces were still frozen in the middle the 3 drinks we ordered were nice sent food back and then had the audacity to charge £4.60 service charge. Not a happy customer.
