Massive portions, belter pizzas, lush kebab meat and a chillie sauce that hits the spot. I do a 20 mile round trip to have their pizzas.

The award for the most stupid people must surely go to these idiots! I ordered a meal deal for £6.50 and said that I wanted the chips to be separate to the burger. They did not understand! I stated this request twice and was told it was 'not possible'!! WHY?? Have they not the ability to place a burger in one container and the chips in another. THICK or what? Well they have just lost my family as customers.

Lots of staff so disorganised nothing ready even when there's food ready takes so long to get served.Prices are really high £5.20 for 1sausage and chips,chips are bitty won't be going back.

Would give it zero stars if i could. Overpriced. Foods massively undercooked. They need lessons on how to cook chips, kebab looks like its been left lying around for hours. Avoid at at all costs

This has went from one of the best fish shops to one of the worst. Chips tasted old and cold. portions has got smaller but prices has increased. waiting time terrible. Would not return.

Absolutely garbage meal deal 4 prices gone up items missing and you are getting 50% less food definitely one place to avoid all of the food went in the bin ??

Food has gone right down hill lately. Use to be one of the best chip shops around.Been tonight, food very stale, chips full of bad ends and found a very long hair which just finished me off. Been coming for years, never again.

Just been to this shop for 1st time and WILL NOT return. The server glared at me when I had no cash and told me to get cash or use just eat! I simply said well it’s your loss, only to be shouted at as I left the place. Very poor customer service and should move into 21st century with contactless payment instead of avoiding tax man!
Wow.. just been for fish and chips. Super long wait and we were the only people in. Chips cold. The box has a partition in so you get less chips. 7.50. What an absolute rip. What a shame used to be fair and good, won’t go back ever. Hope the owners enjoy taking the money for less in times of hardship. Shame on them. Robs round the corner is much much better value for money.

Service was incredibly slow and I mean slow. Chips were very very cold?!!!Poor portion size for money hardly any chips at all. Gone down hill in a BIG BIG way. My friend told me to go elsewhere .. I didn’t listen and boy was she right. Where is the value for money. What a honestly terrible amount of food you get. Won’t go back and you shouldn’t either. They’ve became complacent and dropped the ball with this one.

I had requested to be served by a female member of staff who had previously served me and had consistently served me a healthy portion. This member of staff had the evening off. I explained to the son of the owners that a male employee had served me last week and that the portion of food had been considerably less than the previous week's served to me by the female. The son of the owners informed me that all portions were the same. I informed him that quite clearly they were not. He then muttered; "You just can't please everyone". I told him that I was not complaining and that I just wanted to be served by the female who had served me on numerous occasions as she consistently served me the same amount. I then opted for a more expensive mixed meal. The son said; "That I would definitely get a bigger portion with this meal and that the extra food would make up for the shortfall that I did not receive on the previous week" Shocked I said to him; " That's all well and good but I am paying another three quid for this portion". He started shaking his head, then started to laugh. I have supported this shop for years , that's it for me now. No respect or consideration for the customer buying the products. Too busy trying to protect his family's interests. Another loyal customer lost to Robb's.

Absolutely disgusting attitude off one member of staff which is one of the sons the one without glasses who always has his hood up… the place has went down hill massively, won’t be back would rather give my money to robs chippy they are always nice and polite in there.
