Went to Nandos in Blue Quadrant. Much nicer than the one on the Yellow Mall and less busy/hectic. Lovely, tasty food, delivered quickly and no hassle for frazzled shoppers.

The food was delicious. It's a bit costly, though.I 6 3 stars to service because they gave me a table which was not quite suitable for my 4 - and 5 years old kids.There rest rooms were not clean.

I found a very long strand of hair in my chilli jam dip which goes with the halloumi sticks. This was curled up and at the top of my chilli jam. It put me off my food. I’ve probably been to nandos 500 times and i’ll never be coming back to this one.
Delivery drivers avoid at all cost between the hours of 11am and 8pm.... (basically their whole yrading hours) often waiting for 30+ minutes to pick orders up, staff very happy to tell you it will be a couple of minutes, every 5 minutes you wait. Nandos is literally one of my favourite places to eat and we came here during the day on Saturday just gone after a long day of shopping. I was very disappointed mainly due to the lack of condiments there was no garlic perinaise or garlic Nandos sauce or even the vusa hot sauce which is my favourite. I got up five times looking to see if anyone had put any back until I asked someone if there was any way we could get some or if I could even buy a bottle but no one came back to the table to let us know until the third person I asked I didn’t get her name but she was lovely and very young and helpful. But she came over with a bowl of the garlic peri sauce but couldn’t find the vusa sauce and couldn’t get any from anywhere else which I found to be odd. This did spoil my experience as I always have them three sauces and there was only one available to us. I always use the vusa sauce and I feel like buying it myself and taking it with me but I cannot get it anywhere. But yeah that’s my only problem and Iv not once had an issue with Nandos until then

Friendly servers, absolutely terrible manager. Don't leave your food unattended or they'll bin it even if you've left all your worldly belongings literally on the table. Enjoying my full refund for their appalling service. Cha-ching.Edit: in response to the content below, appreciate the apology, it was more than I got from the manager or whoever processed the refund.Kid-friendliness: Dont expect any help or allowances just because you chose to have kids, that's how I felt anyway.

The food was utterly foul it arrived cold as there were no waiting staff and food was just sitting on the pass,it was clear that there was a problem,we did complain but the young girl did say she would change it but we couldn't wait any longer.I would expect more for nearly fifty pounds tbh.
