What excellent customer service! Our server Francis was an absolute gentleman. He even talked about how amazing his best friend and how he wants to open a restaurant with him someday. Had a great time!

I am very pleased with their service and sweets here. I came to Gateshead with my family last weekend and got their giant cookies for my grandkids and they absolutely loved them. Very helpful staff too, I had the pleasure of being assisted by this polite young man named Francis who patiently helped me with my order despite my disability and poor eyesight. Highly recommend.
