I was working in the area and used a delivery service to order a “Vegan Works” pizza. I had a £25.00 allowance for my meal which was paid for by the company I work for. My Pizza was delivered to the hotel I was staying at in about 30 minutes, that’s the only thing that was good about this experience. The pizza I received was not the vegan option so it had traditional dairy cheese, pepperoni, sausage and ham on it. I telephoned the restaurant but they were totally disinterested in my complaint and refused to replace the pizza with the correct one. It is my choice not to eat meat and dairy, I don’t have allergies, but if I did then this would have made me unwell if I’d eaten it. It was late in the evening and I had just driven for 4 hours so was I was tired. I had no choice but to buy another meal from elsewhere with my own money. This kind of treatment towards customers is wholly unacceptable, I’ll put this down to experience and never use Papa John’s Pizza again.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available, but what’s the point if the staff don’t understand the difference and are totally indifferent to their customers dietary requirements or choices.

Ordered vegetarian pizza and got a meat pizza instead.Terrible service. The guy who made it didnt even look up or apologise. Quite rude considering he messed it up.The lady behind the counter did apologise and offered a full refund. However, no was refund received.Always check your order before leaving the shop.Vegetarian options: Don't trust it when you buy a vegetarian pizza. Check incase meat has been added.

Always give you the wrong base, ask for normal and get thin. Skimp on vegan cheese too, lack lustre!

Not impressed. First time of ordering based on recommendations. The pizza had very little cheese on and the toppings were mainly in the middle with not a lot around the outside.The cheese garlic bread tasted more like cheese and butter!! Not much of a garlic taste. Very rich. Will not be ordering again when you consider the price.

We ordered from Papa Johns last night and this was the only thing we both ate that was the same so it was definitely this that made us ill. I’ve noticed a lot of other reviews say the same. There’s obviously an issue with hygiene at this establishment which needs investigating.

Waited an hour for a cold uncooked pizza. Disgusting. Rang the store and when they eventually bothered to answer was told well they have been busy! Terrible food and terrible customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took an hour and a half to arrive, according to the tracker on the app it was ready to go from 10 mins after ordering but wasn’t delivered till 1 hour 20 minutes later absolutely stone cold. Tried to ring twice immediately to complain but got no answer. Appalling customer service, money down the drain. Will not be going here again.

Bring back papa John!! Better ingredients better pizza! Not now though place has slowly gotten worse and worse used to be the gold standard for pizza! Now all about profits. Cheap masquerading as premium

Literally have a sign in the window stating drink and a slice £3 go in to be told they don't do it on evenings sign didn't say that ordered a BBQ pizza it was swimming in onions more than would be considered normal. Barely any chicken.
