I actually ordered my take away from the wrong store in error. When I arrived at Gateshead, the chap who served me was so kind, found an additional discount for me and got my order ready straight away. I rang the store that I'd ordered them from to let them know I wouldn't be coming to collect and the guy there refunded me which I'd totally not expected. First time I've ever been to Papa John's and it certainly won't be my last. The pizza was amazing. I went to collect and the staff were really nice and down to earth. Absolutely cracking service. Will most certainly be coming back. Credit where credit is due..this place was spot on.

First time being here was impressed with the helpfulness and how friendly the member of staff that serve me was explained there was several deals on the food was prepared fresh and did not have long to wait for it being cooked and was really lovely to eat and not greasy like some pizza takeaway's will certainly be going back in near future to try other items on menu would highly recommend going in you live near or passing here and want a pizza
