Repeatedly on the Evening Chronicles list of places in the North East with the worst food hygiene ratings. This has been for over 10 years now. Amazed it hasn't been closed down... for those in denial you can Google the hygiene ratings and find them for yourself.

I have been going here for quite some time now, I refuse to get my pizza anywhere else. The food is phenomenal and the service is excellent, the staff always go above and beyond everytime we order. Couldn't ask for a better takeaway.

Rominos are our friendly neighbours and the food is always great! Couldn’t recommend them more and so glad to have such a good takeaway on our door step.

This place is a scam, you can check their website or their leaflets and they will still *overcharge* you for what the items price is, they will send you the wrong food and try to argue with you and hang up the phone on you. They also do not even give you a chance to submit your complaint and they will also hang up the phone on you because they do not wantb to correct their mistakes. After ordering from this place multiple times before, I got something completely different and they tried to say they were selling it like that for the past year which is a lie. If that is how it ws I would've not bought it again, that is simple. Absolutely terrible service please do not waste your money here, the chips are hard and possibly made out of cardboard. (Well that's what they tasted like anyway) If you want to enjoy something I would recommend ordering from literally anywhere else. Thank for listening to my complaint.

Food was tasty and enjoyable and most importantly hot. You can see your orders being prepared if you go in for collection. Staff were more than pleasant company whilst we waited.

Service ok food well a would rather have the dogs dinner to be fair,parmesan was soaked in grease you could have rung it out and you would have a enough grease to make some chips in the fryer

I asked if they delivered to Lydney (which is 300 miles away) and they said yes and when I called to say you guys had charged me even though I had asked if you guys deliver there they charged me and HUNG UP on me.A ridiculous attitude and blamed it on me.Will never order again.In our order we asked TWICE if they delivered to Lydney and they said yes.
Have used this place for years but the prices have shot up £19 for a pizza and kebab and the portions have reduced, the £2 salad was half the size I normally get.......buying my food elsewhere in future!!!!AND....this place was inspected in June 2021 and was given a 1 rating so the only 'muppet' is Mr pain who needs to get his info correct

Very scruffy food shop the pizzas are nice as they buy them from Iceland, they obviously haven't got 5 stars on the scores on the doors as they would have the sticker in the window.
