Collected a takeaway from here tonight. Was ready in 15 minutes from ordering, food was hot and delicious couldn't fault any part of it. We ordered house special chow mein, mushrooms in gravy, curry sauce and prawn crackers. Everything was perfect.Parking: Parking available right outside the takeaway

missing items from order, claimed i didn’t order them said it would be an hour to get them delivered so didn’t bother but food what was delivered was cold, fried rice was stuck in the container and rock hard and the gravy was just rank chicken balls hot on the outside but freezing in the centre, won’t be returning if me life depended on it

We chose a lot of different dishes,beef ,chicken,prawn,noodles,the whole lot..arrived still nice and hot and very tastey.would definitely recommend. And definitely worth the price.

Weird tasting curry, lyk a bitter powering taste,, fried rice was plain,, there was more greasy oil in the chips than outside, and chop suey rolls were all bean shoots, wif only 4 bits of chicken, no other meats, would not recommend

Absolutely furious with the way we've been treated tonight from magic wok. When our food arrived after an hour and 15 mins it was missing an item and the food wasn't very warm. After a phone call to magic wok they said we could have a refund if we come through for it. After saying we would come for a refund the next day we then received a text saying we weren't getting a refund. After another phone call I was asked to send WhatsApp pictures. Even the lady on the phone couldn't understand why as that certainly would show whether the food was hot or cold. After further phone calls we were told as they couldn't tell if it was cold from the pictures we wouldn't be getting a refund at all. After using this takeaway for years I'm absolutely furious as they were implying that we were lying. I certainly won't be using Magic Wok again

I ordered a number of times from you at first your food was nice I have ordered from instore and using food hub to complain more then one occasion I found your chips not nice and after complaining to food hub all you can offer is 1 free bag of chips after I spend up to £35 on orders I never order from yous again
