Selling hot side that are stone cold no attempt of cooking at all.. Missing items bread tasted stale place should be closed down.

Waited for 20 minutes to be served with only one customer in front of me .There were 3 servers but two of them were more interested in putting orders up for deliveries. The queue was out of the door by the time I actually was served and to be told " you'll have to bear with us we're a server down" . No I don't have to bear with you your priority surely should be the customers standing waiting in the shop ,not those sitting comfortably at home at home waiting for a delivery .
