Went there for a happy hour meal with my daughter, son-in-law and 7 week old granddaughter in a pushchair. Plenty of room to get the pushchair in. All the adults were surprised by the choice on the happy hour menu. The food was very tasty and the service good. With Fleetwood Mac and Dire Straits amongst others playing quietly in the background what's not to like.

Just been tonight- had a beautiful meal but unfortunately the night was ruined when the bill was put on our table as soon as we finished our desert. Asked if the bar was still open and was told that they had just called last orders at 9pm on a Friday night because they have a busy day tomorrow and wanted to send the staff home early. Sorry, but we were here for a night out tonight and we have been at our table less that 2 hours, this should have been mentioned when we booked our meal. Very disappointed that a night that should be us celebrating was cut short.

The atmosphere when I was I was in for lunch was amazing loads of large tables, never Hurd a single complaint. Food was amazing and the waitress we had (Jodie) was fantastic, so friendly couldn't do enough for anyone. If you ever visit this place I can only hope you get the same waitress as I did.Kid-friendliness: Like I mentioned in my review the waitress (Jodie) couldn't do enough for us. My young son has autism and can frequently get uncomfortable and kick of is the best way to put she kept asking him questions to calm him down brought him a colouring paper etc.Parking: Plenty of space in the car park that wraps around the restaurant. Even if you arrive and is very busy plenty of parking on the street outside.

Nice place, good atmosphere. Food was lovely, we assume the server was new. Had a mix up with the order which was resolved really well and quickly. Only negative comment was the cleanliness of the table (table was sticky, shelves behind us dusty and food from previous customer on the floor as we sat down)Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! plastic glasses, big portions for reasonable price and good options. Lots of high chairs.Parking: Parking close. Somewhat pot holey and limited space at peak time.

Fabulous restaurant with an exceptional Sunday lunch menu. The braised beef was amazing as were the Yorkshire puddings, gravy and vegetables. Will definitely visit again. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely experience.

Was there last night for my Son's Birthday and came out happy!We brought our cake and candles, they sorted it out for us with extra plates, they lit the candles, brought to the tables and sang with us!!! Nice touch!Food was nice of course.oh! and we had a nice surprise with the bill since we got there for happy hour!

Good value and delicious food.The staff are very lovely but they don’t know the menu very well. They’d mumble names of dishes they couldn’t pronounce and when I myself misread the menu and asked for the gnocchi I wasn’t corrected that the dish I wanted wasn’t gnocchi but a pasta with a similar name. I ate the meal I got and it was delicious but I wish someone had pointed out clearly it wasn’t actually gnocchi but a pasta with a similar name as I would have switched to another gnocchi dish. As they were so lovely and it was my mistake there’s no complaint here but you may need google not ask your server if you have questions on the menu!
