Filthy seats ,black stained fabric I was disgusted to say the least .This place needs a deep clean, full stop .Xmas music was too loud and the air conditioning is always always too cold or blowing into wrong direction. Staff are cheerful enough so it must be further up the chain of command that keeps the loud music on and the chairs filthy.Asked for extra hot drink but it was still lukewarm ,just saving time when it's busy .

All the usual range of Costa products are on sale here. Ample seating available. Tables all cleaned and sanitised. Staff were friendly.

Queue was very slow to go down but it was worth it. It was the cleanest I've seen it in a long time and the staff were so friendly! Social distancing rules were followed and they made sure people were standing on the social distance spots on the floor.
Lovely coffee great staff but why have cold air conditioning on full blast ...makes uncomfortable to relax dodging the air con outlets

Leah who serves has a horrible attitude.... looked at me like I was dirt. Unfortunately for me I had already paid for my drinks otherwise I would have left. I will not be returning

Decent little coffee shop, when we went it was in a bit of a mess though, litter strewn on floor and quite a few tables left uncleared. Staff were friendly enough though.
