Not have any fresh hot chocolate inside hotel chocolate for a while until I found this branch. (Last time was in Glasgow 4-5 years ago!) The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The 75% dark chocolate was lovely with the cream, tasted perfect!!I would go back for more sitting in drinks!

asked for a vanilla milkshake and got a milkshake that tasted like coconut, i went back in and asked if there was any coconut in it as i have an allergy which makes me projectile vomit and they said no, although my sick tells me otherwise, would not go in there, non helpful staff.
