Arrived into the customer area and the two members of staff were eating there lunch and seemed upset we had disturbed them. I felt uncomfortable so left with my son but my husband stayed and made an order for our son and himself. Service was slow and there seemed an atmosphere, it was New Year’s Eve so expected a little bit more cheer. Our order arrived and my husband thanked them and said ”thank you, happy new year lasses”. They both looked at each other laughed and replied “lasses”??I assume they were upset that my husband referred them as lasses and assumed they would be comfortable being called lasses. Obviously not and I respect people identity and gender, but they could have withheld their sarcasm.Shocking service!!!I recommend getting better staff as you won’t be open long with this sort of attitude. There’s lots of lads and lasses out there who I’m Sure have better customer service than these two people.Recommendation to the members of staff- cheer up lasses, it might never happen !!!

Smell like off food when you go inWe got a tea I got a lemon tea with cherry boba and it was not nice it had no flavour to it apart from a little bit of lemon. It basically just tasted like water lemon and the baba pearls were old and wrinkly and they didn’t taste nice sed up binning it :(

Tried their taro and strawberry bubble tea. Liked the taro bubble tea more. What I liked about this place is that you get to pick the percentage of sugar you want in your bubble tea from 0%-25%-50%-100%They’re having a promotion going on for Transformers Rise of the Beasts.

Each time I’ve been here there hasn’t been a queue, it can take a while (up to 5 mins) for a drink if they’re busy though. Each time they’ve been very friendly to me and have accommodated any requests I have :) the taro tea is great!Around £5 for a large and £4.60 for a small I believe

Staff were lovely, the drink was great, gave me the wrong pearls but it still tasted lovely, was a good price just over £4.00 xKid-friendliness: I’m a child and went with no adults, service was still great

Lovely little shop, bubble tea was nice, only issue I had was the small number of people, creating a large queue. The poor girl on her own was averaging almost 5 mins per drink. They were clearly popular but I watched a lot of customers approach and walk away as my sons stood and queued. I'd up the stars if they could find a way to manage the flow of customers a little better.

No trip to metrocentre is complete for my daughter without a visit to mooboo for her favourite bubble tea. Very clean store with good value drinks. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Overpriced nearly £5 for a soft drink is just too much.Smaller drinks would be good

Experienced bubble tea for the first time, was tasty, service was good but did think it's a bit expensive for a drink.

Always come here from glasgow when visiting my other half, staff are always friendly, the server today apologised for no tapioca and gave us some free biscuits for the trouble, very nice customer service, wish I had the coins for a tip.
