Downgraded my review from 3 to 1 stars because I find the staff rude, unwelcoming, and unable to make a drinkable hot drink. I'd rather do a 10 min drive to the nearest Costa than go there again.

I love going to have a coffee at Costa, I find it very relaxing, and I enjoy my coffee where it is served hot as a lot of places it can be lukewarm I drink a latte.

OK well the coffee was good. The service ... less so. At first we were completely ignored while the "barista" had a long conversation with someone. Eventually our order was taken - with no welcome. And when I reported the appalling state of the toilet the staff member concerned wandered off to share a joke with someone.

Huge Costa.Could do with a menu that doesn't constantly change! I don't go to Costa much so never know what to order. It's annoying having to stand waiting for the boards to move to you can see the menu
