Just visited Toby Kenton and enjoyed a carvery and a couple of drinks. I enjoyed the nice relaxed atmosphere and was sat nice and cosy near the fire. We received lovely service from Tracy who I found so welcoming, polite and prompt. Thank you for a lovely meal.
Family 4 adults having carvery, all had different meats. Presentation on the hot plate looked delicious, the guy serving the meats was really helpful, happy & had great customer service skills with everyone! Food was hot, well seasoned & cooked superbly. We landed at Newcastle Airport at 1pm from a trip to Ireland. My daughter picked us up, and we came for a carvery lunch before travelling home to North Northumberland. The carvery was as good as always although we were unaware that an offer of half price main courses was current. Our waitress, Tracy, told us of the offer and gave me time to download the app to give me access to the voucher. Thank you Tracy, you were very kind and helpful. See you again soon.
