I have ordered from this Dominoes in the past and I have usually been happy with the quality of the food. However, tonight I was not happy with two of the pizzas I bought as they both appeared and tasted quite overcooked. However, they did deliver quickly considering it's Friday.

placed order was told 10-15 minutes and was still waiting 25 minutes later to be told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes so I walked out without my pizza.

Ordered a few times here over the years, delivery can be quiet delayed, the food is also daftly priced (feel like you’ve took out a second mortgage afterwards) but food is tasty, and is normally hot, not raving but not raging so 3 it is

I give up with this place. Can take over two hours to deliver despite the app claiming delivery in less than 30 minutes. Try to collect using the FlyBuys app, staff don't bother leaving the store then lie to you about it. Sick of getting cold pizzas, I'll try somewhere else...

the driver couldn't find my address, the manager send me fresh order as my original order was 1 hours pluss late. tip : it helps to use Google maps in future
The manager is a right is proper horrible and polish and giving out false information about an interview saying you have a interview and when you turn up you don't actually have an interview and the shop has bad customer service take about 10 mins to actually speak to someone

ordered from there Kingston Park Site this is the first dominos I've had in over a year my little one fancied a change so we went in and placed an order I stood and watched them make the food as I just didn't get a good feeling about them and one of the guys opened the lid of a small blue box and took out some wedges and eat them and put his hands back in and did the same then shut the box I watched to see if they would end up giving them to me which they did and I confronted them and said you know full well they were for my child why would you put your dirty hands in there and steal some of the wedges? they replaced them for some others in a red box then put the blue box back on the order shelf ready to deliver so if you placed an order from there tonight 01/06 around 19:00 for delivery and wedges come in a blue box you probably ended up with them. disgusting!!

Always ordered from here and always been spot on and hot , unfortunately this time 1 pizza was forgotten about but was quickly sorted, things happen it's how they handle it , will happily still order from here
