I’m a bit of a pain as I ask for a custom calzone whenever I come in. Not only are the guys really accommodating with me, I’ve also noticed the chef is particularly pleasant with anyone who may be struggling. I’m not sure who the owner is but they should be very proud of their product and their staff. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Newcastle and I’ve lived here for 14 years. Always go here for pizza if in Newcastle.I already thought this was the best place but the last time we went the boss went the extra mile to make us feel extra welcome.Thank you for taking care of my son, he loved the cookie too. A true gentleman running a great pizzeria!

I never leave reviews on anything, but this place was simply too good not to. I was recommended to go by a friend and it didn't disappoint. As a student, it's is a great spot that serves tasty pizza for a good price. The music and friendly staff set a great atmosphere. Safe to say I will be going again.

Very disappointing to receive uncooked pizza with raw dough. Especially given it took over an hour to arrive. Shame as it’s been good here on the past. Seemed like totally different pizza to previous.

Our first time and certainly we be back ? the staff made us feel welcome and very relaxed ?, we got the meal deal 4 quid one, the fries were absolutely lovely,the garlic dip very nice, and the ? (hot honey, pizza plus the Madison's square pizza both beautiful, perfectly cooked highly recommended ? delicious

Hubby wanted pizza after a night out, these lovely people made him the pizza he requested and went out their way to make a vegan one for me which I was very grateful for. Staff were absolutely lovely and a good laugh which was great as other half was rather drunk and a bit on the overly chatty side.

Can't rate the food as I've been unable to try it and that's exactly the issue. I've attempted to visit Firestone twice. Well without their opening hours and both times I've been unable to for differing reasons. I understand things crop up that may cause a business to close early however I did check Firestones social media before visiting on both occasions and found no indication that they would be closed early on those days. I have no issue with the early closure, I have issue with their failure to announce that they're closing early.
