Usual lovely Cafe Nero with friendly and attentive service. Cafe extends beyond the counter and goes back with range of seating available. However the toilet is also back there, with only the toilet door dividing that space from the seating area - it became apparent during our visit that not everyone accessing the toilet washed their hands (lack of hand dryer sounds) and also that leaving the toilet door open is the norm! Nice café with friendly staff. Of course the coffee is good. The place can be quite busy and is next to a rather busy street, but still a great place to kick back and enjoy a coffee and a chat with friends.

I love to get my coffee from Caffè Nero. So close to Northumbria campus which makes it so convenient. I rely on their coffee when studying. They offer student discount and loyalty stamp card on their app, which is great. Absolutely, recommend it.
