Thought this place was spot on at first untill the driver drove away with my ten pound change I phoned the shop up and got told they where going to bring my change back. It never happened then I got told they where going to transfer it to my account but that still never happens. It’s been 5 days or something now and I still have not had my change. It’s disgusting as I used this place quite often

I HATE leaving reviews but I was beyond disappointed when my pizza arrived and it had the weirdest smell. The meat tasted funny and was definitely undercooked.

Ordered food on deliveroo that was meant to come at 12:15 - we only received it at 12:53 after calling the place asking where our order was.The delivery driver made us walk out to the main road (about a 2min walk from our house) to collect our food and tried to charge us £2 because apparently he’d “been here before but the app wasn’t working” - despite the fact he had our phone number on the app and hadn’t tried calling us before we called them and chased up our food.I’m usually really understanding but the service was so bad and to try to charge us after making us walk to the main road to the driver and to have to chase up our food 40 mins late? Really poor service. Wont be getting delivery from here again.

Digusting. Extremely rude and arrogant guy answered the phone when I was explaining that the food I ordered last night had chewed up bones in the container!! He denied it point blank! The picture attached says otherwise!

The pizzas were bland had no flavor the crust was full of oil, the meat had no flavor and burnt crust. 20£ gone to waste, upon complaining manager tells me we sell 400 pizzas everyday and showed arrogance.

I ordered a burger with chips and a wrap tonight and was disappointed. The wrap was tiny and the burger was missing the chips very expensive for the portions and bad service.

It’s a baaddddddd experience I ordered from them and the driver was so disrespectful screaming on my face and throwing the food from car window because his late to find my apartment that’s not my fault if he didn’t find it I write it clearly !!!??
