I visited this store in kingston park and while waiting in queue a member of staff was putting out sweet mince pies on shelf in middle of shop and when she was going back to get more there was a member of staff who I would guess was the manager and she said to the other staff in a harsh manner “HAVE YOU SEEN THE MESS YOU HAVE MADE ON THAT BENCH ,I was shocked at this and the member of staff seemed sheepish afterwards , this was uncalled for in front of members of the public and it’s classed as bullying the way she went about it , i would advise you stick the said manager on a course of how to treat people ,A very disappointed customer

Never been in the place but I can tell you the car park behind the shop is absolutely over run with giant rats…hundreds of the blighters that take no notice of humans…you have been warned!

Very friendly staff and a great place to get a hot tea and a pastry first thing in the morning.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming, just what you want really. And it's Gregg's at the end of the day, everything is nice!

Since when was it £10 for two bacon and sausage baguettes with coffee!!?? The girl serving wouldn’t even let me have my free O2 coffee and gave me a sausage roll instead of the sausage, bean and cheese melt that I asked for! Bit of a fail this morning Kingston Park Greggs! Load of rubbish!! Everyone knows Milligans is far superior!

Went in there dinner time gotserved but one of the lads l think he needs to go on customer course no manners spent half time talking to other staff and and asked if food was hot said yes it wascold nice
