I’m not normally one to leave reviews but this is genuinely the worst and most depressing KFC I’ve ever had ? I feel like I’ve been robbed ! There was hardly any chips and the chicken was tiny. The chicken was also soggy and very pale, as if it was barely coated so wasn’t crispy at all. The bigger bits of chicken in the bucket for 1 were also really dry and gross - wish I ordered from somewhere else

Consistently wrong. Order anything other than gravy, and you'll still get gravy so predictable I checked and swapped before leaving last time. Fries will be cold.

I used to order foods from this outlet a few times however the food quality is often below average. For example, soggy chips and tasteless soft drinks are quite common. The behaviour of the front line staffs should be improved as they are sometimes behaving inappropriately, specially during the rush hours.

The chicken here is always great, the food usually comes within 5-8 minutes, even during peak lunch hours, however there may be some occations where it comes up to 20-25 minutes, but this is usually due to the time it takes to cook the chicken. If you're waiting quite a while, they can offer to change the item you ordered, or may also offer a free drink.
