The chicken here is always great, the food usually comes within 5-8 minutes, even during peak lunch hours, however there may be some occations where it comes up to 20-25 minutes, but this is usually due to the time it takes to cook the chicken. If you're waiting quite a while, they can offer to change the item you ordered, or may also offer a free drink.
In my opinion, selling point of KFC is their hot wings, the spices they add on this certain piece of chicken seriously enhances the flavor in my personal opinion and I would most certainly recommend this piece to any people who want more spice in their chicken. I used to order foods from this outlet a few times however the food quality is often below average. For example, soggy chips and tasteless soft drinks are quite common. The behaviour of the front line staffs should be improved as they are sometimes behaving inappropriately, specially during the rush hours.
