Such an amazing establishment! had the honor to have a young man named Will serve us and we were so amazed with the class of service we had. We were really well token care of! Will definitely be back when we come back to Newcastle!

Great place! We opted for some of the tapas style dishes all where great. Full of flavours and very tasty. Enjoyed our experience on a busy nye during the evening. They do 2 for 1 on cocktails/ mocktails so there is a lot of drinking that goes on inside but we enjoyed our mocktails. Excellent service from the staff and floor management all very accommodating. Came on new years day. Super options for gluten free. Really good food. Nice vibes. Amazing cocktails. I'd deffo recommend and return!!!Dietary restrictions: If you have gluten intolerance there are so many options. Their website allows you to view the menu with the option of selecting allergens.

Went for bottomless brunch, cocktails were lovely and even though we were a table of 2 and a table of 12 came in after us, our waiter Will was great, he was attentive and patient considering how busy the place was. The atmosphere was great and the sizzling plates smelled amazing!! Will definitely be trying them next time!! Thank you Las Iguanas we will be back!

Myself and 4 other friends had a table booked at 4pm on 28th December. We used the QR code to order which was really helpful. However, we had to ask for our glasses to be cleared and our plates never got cleared, despite us being there for 4hrs. At 7:45pm we where given the bill and told we had to leave the table in 15 mins (which is fine we had been there since 4pm) but that was the first time bar for bringing food and drink had anyone touched our table. I had just ordered another drink and my friends where about to but we said let's move on, and my pint came after the bill had come, so at that point i didn't feel like drinking it We had a blue light discount as well and when we moved to the bar I thought someone would come take our payment. Nope. I spoke to the wonderful Lewis at the bar who understood why I was annoyed and spoke to his manager Katie, who is who had asked us to vacate in the first place. I asked for a refund on my drink and a new bill, Lewis sorted it out, however both of us noticed after my payment our discount hadn't come off, so I had to get a refund and then pay again, so a nice £600 bill roughly. The food and drinks where good but the service was bad, it felt we where left out of service for using the QR code. Katie the manager should have come and spoken to us but she completely ignored us and left Lewis to pick up the pieces, but Lewis was so kind. I've managed restaurants and I know it's hard but, that tiny bit extra table touching and customer service would have gone a long way. I'd like to point out as well, we left at 8:08pm and our table had still not been cleared despite being told they needed it back. I doubt any of us will be back.

Absolutely amazing service, glasses were never empty. Attentive host and very friendly. Food portions were great and very tasty. Definitely recommend.

We were located downstairs which was particularly dark, my napkin had stuck to the sticky table, the toilet smelt of your urine, and the food was very late in arriving at the table. I left before the pudding arrived as I had a train booked. Definitely not a place I would take family or a loved one to.

Bottomless brunch was phenomenal. I couldn’t believe the amount of cocktails we had and Jordan, the hostess was amazing. I never even finished a drink before another one was served. Jordan was unbelievably attentive and never let us sit without a drink ?
