We visited Mantra based on other reviews and the fine dining experience for mother's day. Apart from the friendly staff and nice cold interior, there is really not much to highlight. Dull tasting food, slow service (waited a long time for the rice to join our mains), no heating on when we arrived so it was very cold. Overall this place is overrated and expensive. Also the cheeky service charge added on top. Would have thought the inflated menu prices would cover the staff costs?Vegetarian options: Labelled vegan and vegetarian options. No noodles are suitable for vegans are offered.

Love the food, the atmosphere is fabulous.....I'm still not paying a service charge though they are your staff not mine. This tipping culture is no acceptable in the UK.
Venue very nice, great reviews on line. Sadly was just ok at best. £38 for mixed starter for 2, was a bit steep. £110 for just an ok meal that would be £60 anywhere else. Left a lot of food, also said at the time food wasn’t up to expectations. Did nothing to rectify.

Chose this place on recommendation and location close to the arena. Lovely food let down by poor service on this occasion. Had to request cutlery, requests for water were ignored and were charged for prawn crackers that we never received. First time visiting and it was busy. Prices at the higher end but I would definitely go back, overall good experience
