Decent enough coffee, rancid customer service.I ordered a black Americano with no-one else waiting. Then 4/5 others came along and all were given their drinks before me. Eventually I expressed exasperation that, after 10 minutes, I was still waiting with a train to catch and that they'd served several people before me, despite the fact I was there before any of them. Really poor response. Basically, do yourself a favour and use Caffè Nero instead. I wish I had.
Really like this place as a coffee lover!But I can say the place overall nice!Always helpful and nice staff,delicious and fresh food great athmosphere!Special thanks to Beata who always do amazing job!

I have to get the train to Newcastle Central Station every day for work and I have now become addicted to AMT coffee. I visit here every morning and always have get the best coffee and the staff are so friendly and make my day every morning. Especially Frank who is always so kind and tells me to have a good day.
