Your average McDonalds with the stupid ordering machines that react very slow to you. The person bringing the meal was friendly taking good care of the seating area keeping it clean.

Brilliant staff couldn’t be happier had a bit of a wait but gave my granddaughter a free McFlurry was worth the wait I don’t mind when the people are nice a great McDonald such a refreshing changed to be treated well, thanks

Incompetent staff. Took forevet to take order at drive thru. Asked to move next window where no one was there for payment moved to next window to pay. Guy behind paid before me with a card. Got told at next window to go back around. Staff need training and customer service skills. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s again! Staff are very rude

It’s always pretty quick in here compared to other McDonald’s, and unless it’s race day it’s quiet, and it’s usually fresh. But they always seem to get the customisations wrong. You order something plain and it’ll come with the plain sticker on the box but inside it’ll have everything on.

Food is over priced, wait is terrible and the atmosphere is draining. McDonalds has lost the nice feel due to everyone standing waiting for ages for food then having to sit and eat as lots of delivery drivers now stand around you talking and barging past everyone.

There was a lady called Caroline on today and over heard my daughter asking for more gherkin she's 4 and Caroline came to her with a tray of them and totally made her day super friendly and helpful my girl was so happy she danced then caroline followed on to make conversation and came with a flag for her she was a great member of staff seen cleaning and being helpful with all the customers thank you so much for great service

Poor service. Waited over 25mins from going through the drive through. Ended up going in to chase up order. The young staff member was running around like mad. (Only one Seem to be working )Coffees were stoned cold and half full. paid for large. When returned and were giving fresh I ended up with regular coffee. Missing items. Was accused of lying by one manager about going through drive through. Had to prove the time I ordered and the time it was currently. To prove I had been there that long .... Never delt with such a rude manager before at MacDonalds. I know it's a stressful industry but that one manager shouldn't have been giving the position. Considering there customer service skills were as useful as the neighbours cat. the 1 manager out of 3 seem only to know what they were doing but looked like they were about to cry with the back log of customers , delivery men and drive through orders waiting outside. Delivery men ( just eat ) getting irritated with orders just sitting there on back shelf and no one was seeing to them getting rude with MacDonalds managers and staff. Horrid atmosphere. Very uncomfortable to be waiting around for food . Due to kitchen nack ups.
