Food was cold and hot drink was only half full.Sauce dispensers were empty, no napkins or salt (had to ask at service counter).Place was full of people using it as a meeting place to get out of the rain taking up a majority of the seats without ordering anything and people harassing customers and staff also hurling abuse at the security to the point my daughter got upset and we left.Its been like this the past few times we have been, won't be returning.

Orderd a meal with a milkshake paid 80pence more then told the mashine is broke and gave a coke instead and then when asked for the 80 pence back they walked away!

So many times, the wrap isn't wrapped properly, but today it was. Hooray!
The most depressing place to be. Big Mac meal was barely warm, fries were ok and the coffee was not coffee as we know it. The students and visitors from abroad seem to be the main customers. Not a great place to eat. I would rather stand in the rain and eat crisps than go into this place again.

Used the app to order which is very handy and it's also gives points. The only negative is the price increase! No more 99p saver cheese burgers, now £1.59!But fast service and polite staff.

Me and my partner had a big Mac meal at 11.30 pm today and started to feel unwell at 1 o'clock started to get sore stomach and vomitted all the Meal back

Got Novovirus from eating here which is cause from cross contamination and the mess in the restaurant tables are always sticky tomato ketchup on the floor.Even worse if you are sitting downstairs as staff completely forget these tables exist and upstairs is never open even when really busy.If you want a McDonald's go to Grainger Street and avoid this one at all costs.Northumberland Street McDonald's needs a good refurbishment.

Rarely visit this branch and was reminded why on this trip. Order screens had no paper for receipts so then had to go and queue again to speak to someone. When I got to from of that queue, told me it was the wrong queue and I had to queue at a different till.Food arrived fairly quickly (pre Christmas shopping, early evening). Tables were all either full or disgusting - stick, full of uncleared rubbish and sauce smeared on the tables. It's disgusting customers can't clear own trays and that staff just leave it all to build up.The store had a strong smell of vomit/urine.Horrible visit, wouldn't go back.
