Currently sat waiting over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. Another group in here was waiting over 40 minutes. The service speed here is abysmal and I always have to check my order before I leave as very frequently there are items missing from the order.

Absolutely hopeless you order double cheeseburger and they send mozzarella sticks ! They constantly get orders wrong and what's most annoying they don't answer the phone

Dreadful even by McDonalds standards! Ordered through the app for delivery and they forgot majority of my order and then had to get in touch with Uber eats as they delivered and only received £2.10 as a poxy refund! Shocking customer service! And reordered my missing items only for it to repeatedly say “finding new driver”

10 mins ago went through the drive through. We ordered 2 double sausage egg muffin meals and one flat bread.For my meal I asked for no egg and no cheese because of allergies. The sticker printed off and stuck to the muffin stated this but when I got to work and opened it there was cheese on it ? to whoever made it, you've literally got one job!!The flat bread for my friend was cold so there is two parts of our breakfast that are inedible!!

Ordered 2 burgers on their own and waited half hour all staff were standing round talking doing nout. Only one lad at front desk was on the ball and really nice I explained we had to be at the hospital and it had been half hour wait he actually went out the back and made ours for us so we could leave.i give 1 star simply for the macdonalds it's self where as the lad should get 5 stars.
Never again .honestly .sick to death of not getting the correct order ..or getting it dripping in coke ..or forgetting half my order. . No straws ..no sauces ..who has chicken nuggets with no sauce ..complete lack of common sense ..just go to work and do the job correctly ..it ain't

Food is standard for McDonald's, never had a problem with the service but there is constantly nowhere for customers to wash their hands, and the disabled is also closed off. Staff advised I used the woman's toilets to wash my hands, not ideal?
