would give 0 stars, good was missing in my delivery but the bag was still wrapped so it was clearly an error of mcdonald’s so i ring up, and there’s nothing he can do i can’t even pick up the missing items, feel completely ripped off. They always forget something.
Yeah - this place is dire. We started getting uber eats to deliver but the order was wrong every single time - uber eats say you need to speak to the restaurant, the restaurant say you need to speak to the driver - utter crap. We sacked off getting deliveries and started going to collect - it's no better, order wrong every single time and if you forget to check then short of driving all the way back, you're screwed. Never known any McDonalds as shambolic. Avoid at all costs.

The 3rd time I order from here and food is missing from the order. Not cool, especially when I have to sit on the phone with uber for 20 minutes to get it sorted. If mcdonalds wants to deliver food they need to deal with their issues not pass them on to the delivery company. How hard is it to put the whole order in the bag or to check that the whole order is there before it's given to the delivery driver?
