Pizza Hut is supposed to be the same where ever you go, However this is not the case. This branch is fantastic, the pizza are amazing, the toppings are very fresh, there’s plenty of cheese. The staff are always very friendly. I called in here last early last year for my lunch & was so impressed with how tasty the pizza’s are, we now travel from Consett when we fancy a pizza.

Service was pretty fast and the staff were nice, nothing to complain. Size of the small pizza was still massive lol so very pleased, tasted great too and definitely well priced. The sides were okay, nothing bad. Would happily go again :))

Be aware. Do not make the mistake of ordering from here. I placed my order on Wednesday night while visiting Newcastle. My food was all cold. And burnt- incompetent staff and so called managers have taken two days to call me back after a numerous number of calls to them.They expect to me to have the food to return 2 days later after I’ve left. She had the cheek to tell me I’ve probably ate the food and want a refund. Disgusting behaviour. Rude incompetent. Found her to be very incompetent. At first I thought it was her English giving the ‘manager’ the benefit of the doubt till she used profanity. Highly recommend you to avoid this store or it’s staff
