The food is yum, everything is good. I came everytime i go to train station. However I need to make a complaint about the charity contactless machine at the counter. It should not be placed there, I was charged a few times just because my phone is next to it. I know its a charity and out of good will but I felt like I was being scammed. I hope the shop can do something about it.

One of the nicest groups of staff I’ve ever encountered in a coffee shop, they’re always smiling and helpful, even when it’s crazily busy, or even just before close. Not sure what I’d do without them, their hot drinks are holding up my degree. And a special thanks to Julie and Alex for always remembering my order, even when I can’t!

The ladies at the till today were very amiable. I couldn’t read their name tags but they were in between 15-16. My drinks were also pretty spot on :)

Pret a Manger is STILL using paper cups and paper bags. They were cleaning at 10 am, water etc everywhere. Like sitting in a not very nice kitchen! Horrible and not great coffee either. Improvement desperately needed.

It feels like the service standard has gone down alot. Catering mainly for the student market.
