My first time since this store was refurbished, and wow what a transformation! Much better decor and lighting is way better than before.Ordering was speedy through the app, I didn’t need to wait long. Opted to sit in with my oats and coffee. Both which were hot, the way I wanted. Staff are really friendly. There are toilets at towards the back, very clean and tidy.Would recommend, and I’ll definitely visit again.

Was so disappointed in the customer service , staff not caring about severing or making the coffees for customers at all . Waiting 15 minutes for two coffees to which wasn’t busy at the time of going into this Starbucks . Staff just wanted to chat and fanny on with each other . Most disappointing and rude . Only give one star at best because the caffeine was needed for me and my sister . So no thank you to this Starbucks again .

Good coffee and sandwiches. But please give us a tray or something to use instead of handing out everything for us to hold in our hands. The layout of the store is also quite cramped, didn’t really feel like the regular starbucks atmosphere because of that.

My recent visit to Starbucks was disappointing. I had to wait 30 minutes longer than usual for my latté, and the staff was quite rude. To make matters worse, they misspelled my name on the cup to a completely different name even though I spelled it for the lady on till. Liam, who was the barista there, yelled at me when I pointed out the issue. Not a great experience at all.

The girl with dark hair and glasses who is in charge of the cashier always has a long face. Every time she is there, her face is cold and mean, as if the customer owes her a million and has no patience. Sometimes the store is very noisy, and if she doesn't hear clearly, she will immediately frown to show her impatience and disgust. If you had any questions, she would explain it to you with disdain. It gives serious suspicion that she is a racist. This kind of work attitude is not suitable for the service industry. I wish Starbucks would educate its store employees.

Whoever designed the outlay in this coffee shop wants sacked you order then walk back on yourself towards incoming customers my friend who was new to the shop thought they didn't do food because the fridge isn't anywhere close by to the main service counter its a crazy set
