If I could give it zero stars for the branch inside Tesco Extra at Kingston Park I absolutely would the sandwich received May aswell have been kicked around the whole supermarket, they focus on phone orders first rather than front of house facing customers, appalling service and dreadful tasting food too, they totally give the brand the worst reputation everAVOID AVOID AVOID , use other onesYou’ll probably get better service and better looking food if I could post a picture I definitely would as you would not believe it

Today afternoon, I had been to this branch and met the rudest subway employee. I had purchased a sub meal along with hot coffee(replacement to cold drink). The lady there served me a half filled coffee glass. I called her to know why was I served with such less quantity and in return she replied ' Sorry, I am busy at the moment'. I waited for her until she completed the billing for the other customer and I prompted her again, but she was like ' as you can see I am really busy and cannot help you'. SERIOUSLY!!! this is how you behave with your customers????She was filled with so much ego and attitude as if she owned the Tesco group. Not sure if she was just trying to be racist or if that's in her blood. I have never come across such rude customer service ever. This was my last visit to this Subway branch and would recommend others to not visit it. The rating here on google itself speaks a lot.

What's going on in this subway branch, the food on show looks old, tomatoes are sitting in inches of water, the bread if your lucky enough to get the choice you want is part baked, went today they had no olives, no onion mayo, which is very disappointing, I suggested that there should be a price reduction when they don't have what you want as they are quick enough to charge us extra if we dare ask for more, but was advised the menu was changing next week but that dosnt fill my sandwich up today , very disappointed again in a subway branch, they are going down hill rapidly.Vegetarian options: Definitely would not buy sandwich if I was a vegetarian as they do not change gloves after handling meat and then touching cheese and salad, totally contaminated.

Visited in the week before xmas. An absolute shambles. Still can't take card payment. Went in early lunchtime, didn't have the bread I wanted, didn't have the filling I wanted. It took 15 minutes for the 2 people in front of to get served. The 2 ladies serving were all over the place (maybe they hadn't been trained). The place was a mess. I have used subways all over the country and this has to be the worst. Won't be going back.

My wife and I called in following a shopping trip in Tesco.I am Gluten intolerant and I knew that Subway do a gluten free bread but I have to check the allergy advice for the fillings. When looking for the allergy advice sticker the allergy advice sticker was positioned on the glass was placed in the most inaccessible place possible. It was placed on the glass at the far end of the main serving area and a large crisp stand placed in front of this so it was impossible to read.I pointed this out to a young person serving and they agreed this was a pathetic place to put an important customer piece of information. The place was filthy a black wire was hanging out of the ceiling, there was high level dust that had been there for a while, the floor was littered with food remains and. The refrigerated display cabinet had various toppings all over the place. The service was extremely slow and it was obvious that Subway had not inspected this licensed premises in a good while a they would of not been happy what this was doing for there brand. The only reason I have written this review is this is the first time ever we have seen a Subway in such a state. The only reason for the second star is that you serve a gluten free bread.

The BEST Subway experience I've had ?, from the quality of the food to the service from the staff—outstanding! The chap in there today (Tue 14 Jul, roughly at 7:00pm) was incredibly thoughtful, helpful and kind:1. He asked if I was a vegetarian (and kindly made my sandwich before preparing my partner's meat-based meal)2. Changed his gloves before handling our food to avoid cross-contamination3. He made friendly conversation with my partner and I and generally made us feel really welcome in the store. The quality of the food was outstanding, with fresh vegetables, and no judgement for me asking for a lot of sauce.

Never has ordering a subway been so complicated, service desperately needs to be improved. Empty restaurant, not a clean table or smile from the team in sight. Disappointing experience..

They only ever take cash in this particular branch which is highly inconvenient given the current situation, not many people carry cash these days and at first I thought it was just a temporary issue but this just seems to be the way now and because of it they lose business, we usually just go to McDonald's up the road instead where we can pay with card. It's never busy in there anymore either.

The most useless service ever. Tried to purchase a sandwich here a week ago, was allowed to order and pay on the Subway® app but when arriving found the shop closed! The following visit the shop was open but was only accepting cash, told that ordering on the app with card was possible, only to find that the shop had been removed from the list, presumably to stop people ordering while closed temporarily! Get it right! It’s not rocket science!

Always friendly and helpful , can be slow at times but that's subway in general as it's not a quick in and out and depends also on the customer making there minds up on what they want etc, also in other review mentioned what they forget is when they walked in there might of been a que of people as I notice a few times can be nobody then suddenly a massive que so give the staff some slack etc,Food wise for me had for years and not once had a problem with them obviously the odd ingredients or bread not available but is what it is , always fresh tasty and done how you want, staff always nice and helpful regardless what location I goto and always go back.
