Sorry but this is the 2nd or 3rd email I’ve had after visiting once. The meal was average and slightly over priced for what it is. In this day and age who needs 3 emails added to their inbox for one visit to a chain restaurant?
Until recently we’ve always had good service at this restaurant, our visit this time just wasn’t the same. The menu has lost some of our favourite dishes and prices just can’t be justified

My parents ordered food and it arrived faster than I would normally expected. After my parents finished their meal, my food hasn’t arrived after 20 mins of waiting. Very disappointed. Staff was good but not many. Service was alright but could do a lot more faster. Would reconsider to come back 30% /100%. They apologised after we asked twice.
