Not been here for years, but the three times I've had pizza from here, I've been really ill, to be fair you'd think I would have learnt the first time I was ill but I didn't!Horrible place!

My son has a few food aversions as he’s autistic & the lovely staff at pizza addict always accommodate our requests for no sauce on his pizzas, food is always hot & fresh when we order too!

Friendly staff. Order prepared fresh while I waited, kebab was lovely & got loads, best garlic sauce in shields.

Not one to write reviews to be honest, but my god I couldn’t not. Never again will I order from here. Pizza addict ? I think I’d have to be some sort of addict to keep coming back here, First and last time.I ordered from here tonight and the chips were missing from the donna kebab. ( easy mistake to make fair enough) We called the shop to explain to be asked if they could give them to us next time instead as it’s busy ? Really? They then agreed to send missing chips out and ended the call. Then got a call back two minutes later from the woman on the phone saying the chef said we were lying as chips were under the meat?? they weren’t. it then took them 35 minutes to send out the missing items by this time the pitta was soggy in grease and food was cold so just ended up getting binned.What made it worse, whichever woman we spoke to was so rude and disgusted by her customer service. Can’t get the staff these days obviously. Pizza addict have made me feel like an addict as what I have ate had made me feel dirty. Please stay away from this place if you want nice food !!

Disgusting service woman on the phone was rude and disrespectful and took almost 2 hours for my food to come. Once it got here it was stone cold one of the worst takeaway experiences I've had
