Just had two pizzas and chips delivered,order arrived on time but food was cold,chips especially cold and looked stale,pizza was like nothing I have ever tasted before,I'm convinced that it was some kind of fake cheese on it as it didn't look nor taste like any cheese I have ever had before,very very poor,

First time fro this restaurant, ordered via Just Eat. I ordered Chicken Bhuna with Mushroom pilau, it was the worst Bhuna I have ever tasted - I have enjoyed Indian food for over 30 years, normally buy from one of our usual restaurants but thought would try this one for a change. I get different restaurant/takeaways have different recipes but this was just nothing like a bhuna, it had a 'fishy' taste - not nice at all. Rice was fine, but that's just mushroom pilau. Wife had Chicken Tikka Rogan and again she did not enjoy it at all. Maybe its a one off, I see so many rate this restaurant so can't be bad - but we didn't enjoy our food at all. Really sorry for negative review.

So ive been using raaz for a while now and have usually been ok bit last few times food has been terrible My last order the garlic chips were hard overcooked and cold and the mixed special roll was mainly veg inside , had a few pieces of meat smaller than a 10p and were hard and overcooked,seems like they are going back to how this place used to be (Crap) Wont be going back in a hurry

Very very disappointed, Ordered Lamb Pasanda and onion rice at a cost of £12.75 . The sauce had no other ingredient other than 8 tiny pieces of lamb . Also when checking their prices off the menu the pasanda cost was £7.75 and the rice £3.50 total £11.25 and as ordered on the website should have had 10% discount . When I collected they charged £12.75 . We frequently use this takeaway but this time the food was well below their standard and for the privelidge of eating liquid was well overcharged .We will be using another takeaway .

Got a slot to pick up the order, was waiting 20 mins. Food was bland and didn’t make the order to specification I asked for. Would never go again terrible.

ORDERED 3 STARTERS TODAY NORMALLY ITS HOT AND NICE BUT TODAY VERY DISAPPOINTING CHIPS WERE COLD AND HORRIBLE AND THE 2 MIXED KEBABS CAME WITHOUT SALAD AND SAUCE WHICH IS PART OF THE ORDER SO HOW WAS IT NOT IN???? Well ive always ordered from here but sorry to say I wouldn't again. The bhuna prawn on puri most of the prawns were Raw, yes Raw. I rang the restaurant and was very disappointed to just be offered a replacement prawn bhuna on puri or 10% discount on next order. I obviously have completely been put off my food its gonna end up in the bin as its knocked me sick after biting into a prawn and realising it was raw so obviously didn't want a replacement and also has made me not want to order from here again as the food poisoning you can get off raw prawns can be life threatening, just hope im okay after this. Really dissappointed.

Food is always nice iv ordered for many years however iv ordered through there online website the past 2 times and it says 10% discount my order came to £14.80 and with the 10% discount it ended up at £14.62 . I'm no genius but that isn't 10 percent discount .. still great food and won't stop me ordering even If there discount is done by a 4 year old;)
