Good service decent food, allways good offers making it even more reasonably priced. Good kids options and Granddaughter loves to go for the soft play.

Breakfast with Santa was Tip Top. Properly cooked mushrooms, good fried eggs, sausages and bacon great but no music playing which could've made the atmosphere brilliant. Santa was good the staff went above and beyond for us. Thankyou!!

Took my friend out for a birthday meal what a fab time we had, asked about doing a little birthday cake which they did the staff even sang happy birthday to my friend. What more could you ask for.

Ideal for families as it has a small soft play inside and park outside. It can be a bit chaotic at peak times! Friendly staff. Cheap and cheerful!

Lovely food and atmosphere. I like it here.

Hot drinks machine made barely warm drinks. We mentioned it to staff, and he made a joke about a little man at the back of the machine. ??? Chips were very overcooked, and we suspect the cooking oil required changing as they did not taste nice at all. Kids fighting in the restaurant and adults got involved. Both my sister and I have vowed not to go here again.

4 of us ordered food took a good while to arrive, but when it did mine was so cold it was stone cold so much so I place a finger into the centre!!!, it had little to no curry sauce and was piled high with red chillies! called a waiter over & he took away i told him i wanted lasagne instead came back a few mins later with a boiling plate clearly microwaved to an inch of its life, other meal was tasteless, also the cauliflower bites were under fried and soggy the garlic bread wasn't toasted it was soggy, when the waiter took my meal away he said will sort a refund & replacement... no refund offered!!

Came here because of the kids playground which to be honest makes it all worth it. Food was so, so and took a long time to come out but at least the kids had entertainment during the wait. Atmosphere is a little cold and not the most welcoming but it helped out with tired kids.

Just dropped in for a quick breakfast with the little one . It was average in comparison to breakfast buffets I've been to. However if you're just wanting the typical no frills English breakfast then it's perfect for you and it's definitely a bonus that kids eat free with a paying adult.

It was nice enough, though when I ordered a side of chilli for my nachos I did expect a little more than a spoon full in a tin cup..

After being a bit indecisive on Xmas day lunch I’d decided on this place as it’s close by and always warm and welcome however I changed my booking, well cancelled and I receive a phone call from some snotty nosed arrogant d£¥k telling me it was nice to have been told?! I did I rang up and even if I hadn’t what if it had of slipped my mind? Easy mistake however not only have you cemented my plans now for Xmas you have helped me to decide on not coming back to your establishment.

We only went for drinks and a catch up. The sodas and coffee/tea were refillable at the drinks station. The wine was ice cold and delicious. But the real star was the lovely young barman who served me. He was so friendly, but professional and efficient. He's a credit to the management. Will definitely go back, and will have a meal next time!

Called twice. We were going to Amsterdam from Newcastle so our party of 6 caled for food. The smothered burgerbwas not worth the money. Only a kids size portion. We has booked in for breakfast on Monday but when we arrived the breakfast had finished. It only was open for breakfast till 10.30am. So we left.
