Went in today by suggestion of a family member it wasn't busy but what was disappointing was the fact they literally had only 2 types of bread and lack of other items such as cookies qnd sauces. Lady had to be reminded repeatedly of the order neither her or him wanted to be there she was super slow and was quite happy having a conversation with the other employee who was slightly better but I doubt I will go to this branch again.

I've never been here and got what I wanted always loads of things not in stock but what annoys me the most is when you go at 16.40 and its already closed ! That's twice now on different days so ignore the 17.30 timethat they say it closes.

Friendly staff; tasty sandwiches. Toilet had no light inside so couldn't be used. Floor was a bit grubby.

Very disappointing. Lacklustre and overpriced. Staff don't care (I don't blame them) and had no clue about vegan options (but thankfully the internet has all the details). I wouldn't have gone but there's not really anywhere else to get vegan food on the Royal Quays. Wouldn't go again - just get a snack from Alternative Stores and go somewhere else entirely. It wasn't just the vegan food either, my partner found his sub disappointing too.

Queue wasn't too big, friendly staff and it's a subway so you k ow what you get and it always tastes fab

Great food as always. Poor service. Having to remind staff of your order because they are busy having a conversation about how busy it was yesterday. I know how many breads she made yesterday and that they are thinking of leaving. Conversations not eat shot of the customer.
