Being unwell we got 2 portions of fish bites , among other things . The batter was so thick , not at all crispy , just soggy and uncooked . We couldn’t eat it , raw thick batter ?

Not a good experience tonight. There was quite a lot of people waiting for food, so we stood for 10 minutes before being asked what we wanted. Just a packet of chip. £2.95. Wanted to pay with my phone, but was told you have to spend £6 to pay by card. I didn't see a sign stating this anywhere. Would've been nice to have the option to pay a small subsidy for paying by card. Disappointing...

Asked for 2 sausage’s and 2 bags of chips, I got 2 sausages and 1 bag of chips ?♂️, start listening to what customers are asking for love. Won’t be returning attitude is shocking!

The fish was dripping with grease; they didn’t put salt and vinegar on - which I had to take it back, because I was eating it in the car and both the fish and the chips made me feel sick and choking, because of all the fat; so I guess they use beef dripping - which is the cheapest, horrible stuff! Certainly not worth it for £10.35! On the plus side, I got a can of Diet Coke for a £1 and there were plenty of chips!
Where do I start, second time coming back after the rude/miserable staff on my first encounter after all she could have just been having a bad day. On this occasion just as rude and miserable- I ordered kebab and wanted sauce and salad in separate containers as hate warm salad and like to be in control of the amount of sauce I have. Her answer NO IT HAS TO GO ON THE KEBAB. I asked why they couldn’t do what I asked and was met with that’s how you get it. Through gritted teeth I acepted. I wish I had not, when I open it it was a right mess, everything completely covered in too much sauce . However Even the amount of sauce wouldn’t have saved my dry sad old pitta. And the sub par donner meat is awful. I will never return here for the terrible food alone, but one piece of advice. If a customer request something on the side, just do it for them as there is usually a good reason why they ask. Worst place I’ve been in Sheilds so far .

Ordered a large order thru just eat during day for delivery for family coming for tea. Got a message to say cancelled your order. Your money will go back in bank shortly if any taken. No reason no nothing absolutely shocking service and this was first time and it will be the last

The chips are some of the worst I've ever tasted, fish - should be made fresh when you walk in, not standing there waiting for hours for someone to buy it.However..... the pizza's are best I've had in a long time. Absolutely gorgeous cheese, perfect size and flavour. Best I've had since Moulin Rouge shut down 20 odd years ago in Eldon Square in the toon.
Only place I will go for a kebab ??
