My food was supposed to arrive today between 1:00 and 1:20, it never arrived despite repeated requests as to where it was. Finally cancelled the order at 3:20 pm and was told the driver couldn't find the address (it's off Ocean Road!) Never tried at this place before, it'll be my last time as well. Pathetic service and excuses.

The place is just a massacre bro I went there and waited for like 10 minutes like a statue just to not inhale as much air from that store as possible cuz the amount of stickiness in that store is insane the food was fast but guess what , the food was cold chicken was so soggy I had to throw it out of my body and I’m not even joking the bread was so oily I thought they fried the bread as-well and the chicken was so mild and tasteless even my 11 year old brother can do better than them like fr why are you even paying rent to serve some tasteless, seasonless, greasy food with bad costumer service , if I was the manager I’d rather shut down my store but ain’t me who’s paying the rent so y’all do your thing ?♂️

Called for my dinner today wanted kabab meat none ready dint tell me that till they had took pay for it so settled for chicken got back to work 7.50 quid lighter chicken was cold and fatty obviously yesterday totally disgusting wants closing

Ordered food for 9.25pm. Got it home the food was pink. Phoned got a new burger the guy thought there was a problem with machine. That was like 10.20pm a new one come. Then another hour wait for another burger at 11.40 - the chips was cold but the burger was warm. Didn’t eat it as I didn’t trust them after the 2nd too tbh. First time and last time :/

If I was running a marathon and reached the end goal the food I payed for would still be cooking and that’s not just it the place let’s be honest looks like the crack den after the police have raided it the only saving thing about this place is the food was alright

I'm absolutely disgusted with the manner off this place on telephone . I phoned and not best English. Was prepared to collect my food but hung up on me twice .... then refused to answer . I must say the food is average at best wen you can get a order due to language barrier open till 11.30 pm .... refusing to answer the phone .... gets you a review like this....... and highly offended being hung up on .

The food was terrible it took so long and but it was all worth is because ... The fries were fresh! But if I'm being honest it did take a good 15-30 minutes for fries and a mini burger
One of the best restaurant in whole south shield, I have ordered donner kebab with chips , garlic , chilli sauce . The donner kebab was hot and juicy? . Chips with garlic and chilli sauce was like ….. oooohhhh??Delivery within the estimated time,Will try to order again may be today itself?

Got a meal from heat and I get to the bottom of the box and there is a burnt nail inside of it and the food is just very greasy and low qualityNever getting anything from hear again.

Had chicken burgers a few times from here and they’re just meh, quick easy food. But anyway I got one tonight and it gave me sickness and diarrhoea! Not sure what they done with the chicken maybe wasn’t reheated properly or it was re fried but it was awful, kind of dry and it’s definitely not fresh. It’s disgusting just don’t eat here, save your pennies!
