Poor service, left standing waiting to order even though it wasn’t busy and was completely ignored. One staff member making drinks very slowly and the other mopping the floor. Both could see I was waiting for over 5 minutes, neither were bothered. Ended up leaving in the end.

Most of the staff are pleasant, one in particular has no people skills she is very rude. Tgere is not enough staff to clear tables and serve as it is a busy cafe. I hate that some customers blame the staff when it is the company that won't employ more help.

Coffees nice as always from Costa but some of the staff are weird and it puts me off going in. Think one of them might have tourettes or something as just says random things when making your coffee.
