Poor service, left standing waiting to order even though it wasn’t busy and was completely ignored. One staff member making drinks very slowly and the other mopping the floor. Both could see I was waiting for over 5 minutes, neither were bothered. Ended up leaving in the end.

Most of the staff are pleasant, one in particular has no people skills she is very rude. Tgere is not enough staff to clear tables and serve as it is a busy cafe. I hate that some customers blame the staff when it is the company that won't employ more help.

Used to love coming here but I won’t be back. Stopped for drinks during Christmas shopping, plenty of empty tables but all were dirty and cluttered with cups and trays. We had to clear our table ourselves. Staff were slow and one in particular didn’t know what she was doing. Our spoons were dirty and we had to ask for replacements. What has happened Costa?!

Luckily I hadn’t gone to Costa Coffee as I wouldn’t have got served any! Instead I’d booked a ‘too good to go’ scheme which is being adopted by morrisons, greggs, Starbucks and other chains. For £3 at costa coffee basically it’s a lucky dip of close to sell buy date food and drink. You get an email and you basically pick up your bag and see what you get! My lucky dip had 3 sandwiches (value £4 each) in it. Bacon, ham and cheese, and cheese and tomato. Great value for £1 each, shame they had no coffee!!

An absolute ripoff . The hot chocolate was in a tiny glass and they charged us £7 for two of them. It wasnt even nice. We won't go back.
Having placed my order and been told to sit down and it’ll be brought over By the most disinterested staff two lady’s who must have had minds elsewhere. I had to remind them after ten minutes of my coffee. When it was made and bought over 5 minutes later. Don’t mind a mistake or forgetfulness we all are human. But not a sorry , thank you. Nothing staff absolutely disgraceful. So rude
