Pizza so thin it was like a cracker biscuit topping dried on around the edges hardly any chicken, cheese or mushrooms. The nachos were burnt with dried up toppings and the cheesey chips were raw and inedible!! Absolutely disgusting! Never order from here again!

Ordered 2 pizzas that arrived an hour late, were both cold and order incorrect. No help from the customer service team at Domino’s, poor service, no refund or any compensation offered

Absolute shocking customer service I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I collected it it was a margarita, I thought the pepperoni might be under the cheese so I started eating a slice there wasn’t any pepperoni, I pulled the cheese off another slice there wasn’t any on the whole pizza, my partner phoned up and complained,but because I had touched the pizza they would not give me a replacement or money back. I then reheated the rest the following day to find a black curly hair stuck in the sauce when I bit into it, won’t be returning again staff are rude and no help at all absolutely disgusting for the price you pay to get not only the wrong order but to have hair in it as well!

Food was ok, nothing exceptional and they put the pizza's were in the incorrect boxes and when you try to call them there's never an answer the calls ring intermittently, turns into an engaged tone and cuts you off. Not the greatest experience to be honest.

Thank you to the fantastic staff who took my order through on very short notice for my sons Birthday ! . They then even helped me carry all my pizzas to my car which was not right outside but round the corner and across the road into the hosing estate ! . Super friendly thanks guys ❤️

I cancelled order as it was taking forever. Guy at shop said refund had went through. It hadn't and begun the lengthy process of contacting them where the suddenly developed amnesia.Horrible shop and they never gave me any refund just took £20 for nothing from me. Disgrace do not order from here.

Accidentally ordered 2 pizzas of the same kind instead of 1! No flexibility in terms of cancelling or changing the order. I don’t see why?
Apparently this is worth £5? Absolute jokers. Go online to complain, got absolutely nowhere. No one answered phone in shop..

If you order the medium pizza and add 4 toppings in the deal section for 10 pounds you won't be disappointed it's probably best pizza in north east I got the bbq base with extra sauce absolutely unbelievable 10/10

I gave them a second chance. First complaint went to head office with pictures of how poor the pizzas were. Despite repeated emails requesting evidence and sending it - no further response from head office.
Tonight pizzas arrived and one was totally wrong, on top of a blue steak being impressed with the 30 seconds it must have spent in the oven. After a phone call with the manager Rebecca, she admitted even their communication with head office was poor. Promises made that a new pizza would arrive within 10/15 minutes. This took another half hour to arrive and again it was wrong.
Phoned up again to speak to Rebecca and was tutted at for asking to stay on line until she was available, then left on hold for 20 minutes with no response.
