Can get busy rowdy. has security guard on from a teatime.staff are lovely .toilets upstairs.there is a disabled toilet downstairs but you have up ask for key if you sit at back it seems quieter there.

Visiting from America, wanted to try a British McDonald's as I know other countries have interesting menus. Absolutely awful location -- corporate really needs to come in and clean this up. Filthy tables and floors, food not warm and made very messy, no ice in drinks, mad busy the entire time, and overall just not very nice. Full of wasters and idiots, not a nice place for families. We felt unwell after eating there.

Food is better then delivery kids like it could be cleaner random kids shouting abuse at staff isn't good let's the place down obviously no the restaurant's doing but not the best

Ordered in I think they need to get staff in who can actually read an order past few times ordering half the food missing this time £12.67 worth of food missing do not waste your time or money on this place 100% diapointing

Waited 45 minutes for order wasn't even busy coffees left out for 20 minutes pancakes cold and hard hash brown greasy never again. Poor staff looked lost and confused never again.

It improved lately ? table service is faster, the prices oh well reasonably taking in consideration the inflation.The only thing that bothered me was they took the refill drinks option which that was what MC Donald's was for just paying £1.78 for a cup of Fanta oh well this put me off though.
