I've given the restaurant 2 stars for atmosphere cos it was freezing.The food is really delicious though but I don't like to eat in a coat. Will go back in the summer.

Brought me watery drinks, charged for extra cocktail I didn’t have and fed me the wrong dinner but charged me for the right dish!Been a few times and first time the waiter said it was double price for card payments - now I wonder whether I was overcharged every time and hadn’t noticed!!

Visited tonight for a birthday meal. Handed our server a cake and asked for it to be brought out after our meal.The food was faultless, very nice.Service was also good. However, we did state it was freezing. I was sat with my coat over my legs, I have to put a second pair of leggings on my toddler as she was freezing.The servers response to us was ‘the heating was on earlier, he had just gotten used to the cold’I don’t think anybody should pay to sit in a freezing restaurant. It is -3 degrees outside and covered in snow. Surely the place should be heated. £200 bill to be sat in an ice box.We ordered dessert and there was no sign of our cake.As we were leaving, the server said he would do it then. By which point the party was fed up and cold.It couldn't even be justified by it being busy, we were the only people in the restaurant.Such a shame because the food was lovely, just couldn’t enjoy it due to freezing.
